We are hiring an experienced Landscape Construction Lead Hand and experienced Crew Members who will work hard to lead or join our team and help ensure that we continue to succeed in maintaining long-lasting client relationships through our quality work. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys the satisfaction of a quality landscape construction project, has solid landscape construction experience and works well under pressure. To lead a team, the applicant must have a love for leadership and some experience in this. Responsibilities: The successful applicant must have experience in a variety of hard and soft landscaping skills, including the following; * Steps, patios and walls * Outdoor kitchens pavilions, cabana's and pergolas * Stonework including outdoor fireplaces, water features and other designs * Driveways * Pools * Landscape lighting * Grading and sodding * Planting and mulching * Other assigned duties Requirements: * Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar landscaping position * Strong team leader * Able to work independently as required * Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills are required. * Excellent time management skills and strong analytical abilities. * Organized and results oriented Wages are very competitive and negotiated fairly based on experience, ability, and attitude.
