POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a motivated Technical Sales Representative to support the continued growth of our electric heating product line. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with relationship-driven sales. You will work closely with distributors, contractors, builders, and project stakeholders to promote, specify, and grow our heating solutions across multiple markets. If you enjoy being in the field, presenting technical products, and building long-term partnerships this is an opportunity to grow with a fast-paced, expanding organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and manage relationships with distributors, contractors, builders, and project stakeholders via phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Promote and specify electric heating products across residential and commercial projects
- Run product presentations and virtual demos, and support customers with technical questions
- Identify new business opportunities and grow your account base
- Follow up on leads, quotes, and orders to move opportunities through the pipeline
- Work closely with sales support, operations, and technical teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience preferred
- Strong technical aptitude
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to clearly explain technical products to diverse audiences
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing a travel schedule
- Proactive, relationship-focused professional with strong commercial instincts
- Confidence presenting technical products in both one-on-one and group settings
- Team player with a growth mindset and high accountability
