A growing infrastructure contractor is seeking a Project Manager to lead delivery on a $20M wastewater treatment expansion project in the Lucan area, with additional work in the pipeline.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being close to the work — managing site activity, coordinating trades, and owning project outcomes from start to finish.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Full project ownership from post-award through to closeout
- Managing budget, schedule, subcontractors, and site execution
- Coordinating across civil, mechanical, and electrical scopes
- Leading communication with municipal stakeholders, consultants, and internal teams
- Managing change orders, risk, and project reporting
- Maintaining strong relationships with trades and ensuring work progresses safely and efficiently
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing infrastructure, utilities, or water/wastewater projects
- Proven ability to run projects end-to-end (budget, schedule, subs, client)
- Comfortable working in active site environments and leading field execution
- Strong communication skills — clear, organized, and confident with stakeholders
- Experience working with municipalities or public-sector projects is an asset
- Based within, or willing to commute to, the Guelph - London corridor
