$100,000 – $140,000 + Vehicle + Per Diem + Benefits

Blackridge Search Group is currently recruiting for a Site Superintendent / Site Supervisor on behalf of a growing Ontario-based General Contractor with an expanding portfolio of commercial and retail construction projects across the GTA and Northern Ontario.

This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional who enjoys autonomy, variety, and the ability to run projects without micromanagement.

The company is experiencing significant growth and is actively turning down work due to labor shortages - they are looking for someone they can trust to take ownership of projects and become a long-term part of the team.

Projects Include:

• Retail fit-outs
• Restaurant construction
• Commercial interiors
• Ground-up commercial projects
• Multi-site rollout work

Current and upcoming work spans:

• GTA
• Barrie
• Kingston
• Northern Ontario
• Sault Ste. Marie
• Additional Ontario travel as required

What They're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or Site Supervisor
• Ground-up construction experience strongly preferred
• Commercial / retail / ICI experience
• Comfortable managing projects independently
• Ability to coordinate trades, schedules, safety, and site logistics
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable traveling for projects when required
• Basic software proficiency (Procore, email, scheduling platforms, etc.)

Compensation & Perks:

• $100,000 – $140,000 base salary
