Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. Write preliminary estimates for insurance companies. Extensive knowledge of ICBC and private insurance policies and procedures. Ability to understand and apply OEM repair procedures. Responsible for ordering and tracking parts orders in a timely and effective manner. The right candidate will be expected to cross-train with CSR and the manager to help maintain daily operations and holiday coverage.
