Key Responsibilities

• Support preparation and processing of invoices, bills, and expense reports with accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform accounts payable and receivable tasks efficiently.
• Assist in monthly financial reconciliation and reporting activities.
• Provide essential administrative support to the team when needed.
• Handle confidential financial information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
• Support month-end closing, audits, and other accounting functions alongside management.
• Verify financial reports using performance analysis software and internal systems.
• Ensure timely processing of payment transactions adhering to company policies.
• Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports as needed.
• Identify and communicate financial concerns or discrepancies to management.
• Reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense vouchers, disbursements, and receipts.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2-4 years proven experience as an accounting clerk or similar administrative role.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and accounting software.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
