Job Summary: As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in our hotel and resort culinary operations, responsible for the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes that delight our guests. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of menu items.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of kitchen supplies
- Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service to our guests
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar culinary role, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety protocols
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Working Conditions:
- Fast-paced, high-energy kitchen environment
- Full time hours, flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Compensation and Benefits:
