Manager, Demand Generation & Community Growth — Build the Growth Engine
This is not a traditional marketing role. This is a growth-focused position where your work directly translates into pipeline, leads, and business impact.
You'll be responsible for building and executing demand generation programs that attract senior decision-makers, grow audience engagement, and convert attention into qualified opportunities. From campaigns to events to partnerships, you'll play a central role in building a modern growth engine.
What makes this opportunity different is the level of ownership and visibility. You won't just execute campaigns — you'll shape how growth happens across the business. You'll work closely with leadership, sales, and marketing to continuously improve performance and drive measurable outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies aligned to business growth goals
  • Plan and run multi-channel campaigns across email, social, web, events, and partnerships
  • Own email marketing strategy, including segmentation, nurture journeys, and performance optimization
  • Manage and grow organic social channels, with a focus on LinkedIn
  • Turn events, partnerships, and communities into lead generation channels
  • Capture, nurture, and convert leads through CRM workflows and follow-up programs
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support pipeline conversion
  • Track campaign performance and continuously optimize based on data
  • Report on lead generation, audience growth, and pipeline contribution
What We're Looking For
  • 5–8 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing
  • Proven experience generating qualified leads and managing multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong hands-on experience with email marketing and social media execution
  • Experience working with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
  • Strong understanding of pipeline, conversion, and performance metrics
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong project management and execution skills
Compensation & Work Model

Canada or United States, with hybrid requirements as needed
