Ideal Candidates will have:
- Attic insulation experience preferred
- G drivers' licence with a clean driving record and a reliable way to get to and from work each day
- Willingness to learn and take courses as needed to further development (cost paid by employer)
- Construction knowledge and ability to work with basic hand tools
- Time management, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills
- Ability to work as a team player
- Criminal Record Check completed in last 6 months
- Work can occur in confined spaces such as attics and crawlspaces
- Working at heights
- Standing, bending, lifting (up to 50lbs) and ladder use
