Our client in Waterdown is hiring for an experienced Shipping and Supply Coordinator to join their team! MUST DRIVE TO LOCATION. Pay: $23- 25/hr depending on experience Hours: 7:00AM - 4:00PM for training, then will go to 9:30AM - 6:00PM Mon-Fri Our ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a similar role, have excellent computer software/logistics knowledge, strong customer service skills and Dangerous Goods training. Experience in manufacturing environments and with shipping/receiving process is a huge asset! Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate all incoming and outgoing activities of any glass supply arrangement and weighing all incoming/outgoing deliveries/freight - Using strong attention to detail and reporting skills to ensure inventory, paperwork, bills of lading, lot numbers/weights/codes, billing numbers etc. - Use company software and computers to process orders, input information accurately and maintain inventory lists - Advise warehouse team of items needed to fill orders and packaging requirements - Coordinate and track customer returns APPLY NOW!
