AGI is a leading provider of equipment solutions for agriculture bulk commodities, including seed, fertilizer, grain, and feed systems, with a growing platform in providing equipment and solutions for food processing facilities. AGI has manufacturing facilities in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Brazil, South Africa, and Italy, and distributes its products globally.

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate equipment, contractor, and parts purchase orders
• Manage parts deliveries
• Verify part accuracy
• Interact with suppliers (telephone and email), including sourcing materials and components, obtaining quotations, and issuing purchase orders
• Create project binders
• Prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.)
• Develop company policies and procedures
• Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
• Take minutes of meetings
• Support the Health & Safety (H&S) requirements of the team, ensuring compliance

Job Requirements:

• Must have proven experience as an office clerk or other clerical position
• Must be well-organized, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Must have a minimum of a high school diploma
• Must be proficient with Word and Excel
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Infrequent trips to suppliers for parts pick-up may be required; a valid driver's license is therefore mandatory
