About the Role:
We are seeking an Inside Sales Administrator to join our team at Culligan Central Ontario located in Barrie, ON. In this position, you will report to our Sales Manager and play a key role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales process. If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Sales Manager and assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries and requests via web mail, text and telephone.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations.
- Support the development and implementation of sales strategies.
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic proficiency in Excel, Word and CRM software
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
