Hanover Volkswagen is looking for an Apprentice Service Technician!

This role is ideal for someone early in their automotive career who wants to learn the trade properly, work in a professional shop environment, and build toward long-term success as a licensed technician.

We are a stable, high-volume dealership with consistent workflow, strong leadership, and a culture that values training, fairness, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist licensed technicians with inspections, maintenance, and repairs
  • Perform apprentice-level work in line with training and experience
  • Learn and follow proper diagnostic and repair procedures
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Support warranty, customer-pay, and internal repair work as assigned

Job Details:

  • This role is required on a full-time, permanent basis
  • This position is posted to fill a current vacancy
  • The compensation for this role is $38,000 - $45,000/year

This compensation encompasses base salary and vacation pay as required under Ontario Regulation 476/24 made under the Employment Standards Act, 2000.
