Real Estate Webmasters (REW) is looking for a focused, high-grit Outbound Account Executive to drive new growth for our industry-leading platform.
In this role, we remove administrative distractions so you can focus entirely on what you do best: prospecting, demoing, and closing. It's important to know that our target market is exceptionally sharp. Your clients will be realtorsprofessionals who are trained negotiators and highly protective of their time. Breaking through requires a blend of unwavering confidence, deep empathy, and the resilience to handle consistent rejection with a positive attitude. The Mission
- Own the Outbound: Execute 100+ high-quality outbound touches daily (500+ weekly) via phone, email, and social to break through the noise and build your own pipeline.
- Master the Demo: Conduct 10+ high impact presentations per week, translating REW features into business value for real estate teams.
- Close with Care: Navigate objections, manage the contract process, and champion a warm, thorough handoff to our Account Management team because how a client starts with REW shapes everything that follows. You're the architect of that first impression.
Who You Are
- Experienced B2B Prospector: You bring 3+ years of heavy outbound B2B sales experience (for example, backgrounds in SaaS, agency recruitment, freight brokerage, or industrial B2B sales are highly transferrable). You know how to comfortably build a pipeline from the ground up.
- Psychologically Resilient: You understand that "no" is just part of the sales process. You have the emotional stamina to handle a high volume of daily pushback while maintaining an optimistic, helpful mindset.
