Job Details:
The successful candidate will play an important role in daily embroidery production, quality control, and order fulfillment. We are seeking someone who is organized, motivated, and committed to maintaining excellent workmanship standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate commercial embroidery machines and related production equipment.
- Set up embroidery jobs, including hooping garments, threading machines, and loading designs.
- Monitor embroidery runs to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Inspect finished products for stitching consistency, placement, and overall presentation.
- Prepare apparel and materials for production.
- Organize embroidery inventory, threads, stabilizers, and supplies.
- Package and prepare completed customer orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
- Troubleshoot minor machine or production issues when required.
- Meet daily production targets and deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Previous embroidery experience preferred.
- Experience operating commercial embroidery machines considered an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly organized.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting/moving boxes or materials when needed.
- Competitive compensation ranging from $19.00–$26.00/hour based on experience.
