Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts as well as full inventory audits
- Investigate, reconcile, and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate inventory records using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, overstock, or irregularities
- Coordinate with receiving, picking, and shipping teams to ensure inventory accuracy
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance inventory control efficiency
- Ensure proper product labeling, storage, and warehouse organization standards are followed
- Generate inventory reports and analyze trends to support operational decision-making
- Adhere to all company safety procedures, policies, and compliance standards
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education considered an asset)
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE ON RAYMOND REACH AND RAYMOND ORDER PICKER
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Basic computer proficiency (Excel and WMS systems)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Effective communication skills
