Location: Toronto, Ontario

Salary: $95,000 – $120,000

About this Role

Seeking an Assistant Project Manager with full cycle experience in Cast-in-Place concrete for Residential construction projects in Ontario.

You will be supporting the Estimators, Project Managers, and Site Supervisors with pre-development, tendering, scheduling (using Microsoft Project), contract admin, construction coordination, reporting, and project delivery and close-outs.

Maintain project documentation and document storage using Procore and/or Autodesk.

Support construction management responsibilities under:

• CCDC 17 contractors
• CCDC 5A contracts with owners

Assist the Project Manager and Site Supervisor in monitoring construction quality and compliance with project specifications

Support coordination of inspections, field reviews, and deficiency tracking

Assist in promoting compliance with workplace safety standards and OHSA requirements

Coordinate communication between consultants, trade contractors, site staff, and internal teams

Involvement across numerous projects over a multi-year span

Office based role in Vaughan, ON with regular site visits as required

Qualifications

3+ years' experience working on cast-in-place concrete residential construction projects

Must have completed at least one full-cycle construction project

Experience in multi-residential construction

Detail oriented and excellent oral and written skills

Proficient in CCDC contracts, Procore, and Autodesk Construction Cloud and Microsoft Project
