We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join a large-scale industrial operation within the construction materials sector in the Dundas, Ontario region. This role plays a key part in supporting safe, reliable, and efficient maintenance execution in a high-production environment.This is a frontline leadership position focused on coordinating trades, supporting operational uptime, and ensuring maintenance activities are completed safely and effectively. The role requires a hands-on leader who is comfortable working directly with crews in a unionized industrial setting.The ideal candidate is practical, people-focused, and experienced in leading maintenance teams in heavy industrial environments. This is not an engineering-focused position; success is driven by strong leadership, field experience, and the ability to manage day-to-day execution.There is strong potential for long-term growth for individuals who perform well in the role, including advancement into broader maintenance or operational leadership positions.

- Oversee daily maintenance activities within an industrial production environment
- Lead and support unionized trades and hourly workforce teams
- Ensure safe execution of maintenance work in alignment with operational priorities
- Run daily team meetings focused on safety, planning, and coordination
- Support preventative and corrective maintenance activities
- Assist in scheduling, planning, and prioritization of maintenance work
- Manage backlog and ensure timely completion of work orders
- Support shutdown and planned maintenance activities as required
- Work closely with operations and safety teams to maintain reliability
- Support contractor coordination and compliance requirements
- Promote continuous improvement in maintenance execution and communication
- Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and operational standards
- 5+ years of supervisory or maintenance leadership experience in an industrial setting
- Strong experience working with unionized teams is required
- Trade background is required
- Strong hands-on leadership style focused on execution and team management
- Experience in maintenance planning, coordination, and frontline supervision
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced production environments
- Basic computer proficiency
