About the Role

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor (Multi-Property) based at Aiden Mississauga to oversee maintenance operations across all three hotel locations. This is a hands-on role responsible for ensuring all properties are maintained to high safety and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance across 3 hotel properties

• Perform and supervise general repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)

• Conduct regular property inspections

• Respond to urgent maintenance issues and emergencies

• Coordinate external contractors and service providers

• Manage preventive maintenance schedules

• Ensure safety and building code compliance

• Maintain maintenance records and supplies

Requirements

• Experience in hotel or building maintenance

• Knowledge of general repair systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)

• Ability to manage multiple locations

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites

• Previous supervisory experience is an asset
