Sales Manager - HVAC Projects| $90,000 - $200,000 annually
This position will drive sales and growth in the commercial and light industrial HVAC market
Work schedule: Monday through Friday
Location: Saskatoon, SK
Position Overview:
- Oversee commercial and industrial HVAC sales along with full project management responsibilities
- Review customer plans, drawings, and specifications to develop accurate project cost estimates
- Managing the preparation of estimates for design-build and time and material projects
- Lead project teams to maintain technical quality and accurate project execution
- Manage crews and resources to deliver projects safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget
- Coordinate all phases of project execution, including scheduling, staffing, documentation, and resource planning
- Collaborate with clients throughout the sales and project delivery process to ensure successful outcomes
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships while identifying opportunities for continued business growth
- Mentor and support technical staff by assigning responsibilities and providing leadership as needed
- Track project timelines, budgets, labor utilization, and overall progress through detailed reporting and cost summaries

What We Are Looking For:
- 3-5 years of experience in estimating, preferably within the mechanical or construction industry
- PMP certification preferred but not required
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems and installation practices
- Journeyman-level experience in plumbing, gas fitting, refrigeration, or related mechanical trades is an asset
- Familiarity with applicable building codes, safety standards, and industry regulations
