Position Profile
This role will work directly with the firm's Principal and Management Team. The position will include various responsibilities as listed below:
- All Pre-Payments and Deposits when required
- By-weekly supplier cheque run and overhead expenses
- Review Payables accounts when producing cheque runs
- Monthly Invoicing Review for all Clients Fees for approval
- Review All Client Furniture and Accessory Invoicing for approval
- All Client Payments and Client Deposits and collections
- Fielding A/R and A/P calls and inquiries when necessary
- By-Monthly Payroll and Personnel Administration Yearly T'4 s
- Monthly and Yearly Financial Administration and Reporting
Minimum Skill Set: Bookkeeping Knowledge and Experience Required
The successful candidate must have a strong command of the English language, both verbal and written; proven time-management and organizational skills; strong judgment skills; demonstrated ability to multi-task effectively and quickly; have knowledge of Interior Design business software programs (such as Studio Designer) must be a quick learner and with disciplined skills be able to succeed in a non-structured environment.
Strong critical thinking skills and highly trained in customer service both internally and externally, are some of the key competencies required for this role.
