Sales Representative

We're a small, growing company looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help homeowners find the right window and door solutions for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet with potential customers to assess needs and provide product recommendations

Generate and follow up on leads (inbound and self-generated)

Prepare quotes and close sales

Maintain strong product knowledge of windows and doors

Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage referrals

Coordinate with the installation team to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements:

Previous sales experience (home improvement or construction industry is an asset)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
