Position Overview Pay range $80,000 - $100,000 A growing manufacturer of commercial equipment is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead and oversee quality assurance and quality control activities across its North American operations. This role will play a key part in developing and maintaining Quality Management Systems, strengthening health and safety practices, and driving continuous improvement throughout multiple manufacturing locations. The successful candidate will work closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure high standards of product quality, compliance, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems and procedures for coil manufacturing operations. Oversee incoming material inspections, in-process quality checks, and final product inspections. Support supplier quality development and ensure supplier compliance with quality standards. Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address quality issues. Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to improve product quality and manufacturing performance. Manage and mentor the quality control team, including inspectors and technicians. Maintain detailed documentation, quality reports, and audit records. Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
