Role Description We're hiring a full-time Customer Service Consultant for our North York team (hybrid or in-office). In this role, you'll be the friendly go-to person for our clients-answering calls, responding to emails, and meeting with them in person to understand their staffing needs and deliver fast, reliable solutions. You'll ensure customer satisfaction, improve the overall service experience, and resolve any concerns with care. You'll also connect with job seekers, maintain accurate records of interactions, and collaborate with other departments to keep everything running smoothly.
