Mechanical assembly

We are hiring an Mechanical assembler on behalf of our client. Mechanical Assembly: Assemble complex robotic systems including structural framing, linear motion guides, belt drives, and pneumatic systems. Site Installation: Travel to customer sites (domestic and international) to install racking, structural frames, and robotic units, often working in tight spaces or at heights. Rigging Handling: Safely operate forklifts and lifting equipment to move heavy machinery and position components during assembly and install. precision Work: Execute detailed assembly tasks requiring proper alignment, indexing, and the correct application of fasteners and adhesives (e.g., Loctite). Feedback Loop: Identify assembly issues or design conflicts during the build process and communicate them effectively to the engineering team to improve future designs.
