Punch Press Operator(Set Up Operation)

Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced Punch Press Operator to set up and operate mechanical and automated punch presses used in the production of electrical components from galvanized steel. This role requires the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong focus on quality and safety. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, reliable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities while ensuring production efficiency and product quality. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate mechanical and automated punch press machines Monitor production to ensure quality standards are met Perform routine machine maintenance, including inspections for wear and tear and component checks Maintain a clean and safe work environment Complete all required paperwork and production documentation accurately Follow all company policies, procedures, and work instructions Support team members and contribute to overall production goals Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience operating punch press machines Valid forklift license (required) Strong mechanical aptitude Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently Reliable, motivated, and well-organized Strong teamwork and communication skills Benefits: Dental care Paid time off $26ph - $33ph Accommodations are available upon request for all individuals with disabilities taking part in the recruitment and selection process.
