We are seeking a Mixer Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately mixing concrete and mortar blends using a variety of raw materials. This is an industrial environment. Responsibilities: - Accurately mix concrete/aluminum formulations according to established procedures - Measure and weigh materials using scales and measuring tools - Operate a counterbalance forklift to position bulk bags under spouts for filling (will be FL trained onsite) - Use hand and power tools including: brooms, shovels, manual painting equipment, power washers, air tools, drills, grinders, and shop vacuums - Moving 55 pound bags and loading onto skids Qualifications Skills: - Ability to read scales measurements - Comfortable working in a repetitive, fast-paced production environment - Physically able to work in an industrial environment - Counterbalance Forklift Experience preferred but not required Shift Schedule: - Training Period - Approximately 1 month: Day shift: 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM (10-hour shifts) - Post-Training Schedule: Afternoon shift: 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM Why Join Us? - Structured training program to ensure success - Opportunity to work with industrial equipment and skilled maintenance teams - Stable schedule once training is complete APPLY NOW!
