What You'll Do: Diagnose mechanical issues and decide the right repair approach Repair or replace parts to get equipment running smoothly Test equipment to ensure it meets performance and safety standards Keep parts, tools, and repair records organized Communicate clearly with customers, coworkers, and leadership Maintain a clean, efficient work area Produce high-quality work within expected timeframes Who This Role Is For: This position is open to all levels with mechanical aptitude-whether your experience comes from: Working on small engines Automotive or truck repairs Motorcycles, ATVs, or similar equipment Repairing tools or machinery Self-taught hands-on mechanical work If you enjoy problem-solving and working with tools, you're already a strong fit. Preferred (but not required) experience includes: Knowledge of 2- and 4-stroke engines Basic understanding of hydraulics or electrical systems Comfort diagnosing mechanical or electrical components independently Experience using common hand and power tools Work Environment You'll work in a shop setting with occasional exposure to dust or odors.
