Metallurgical Engineering Manager

Role Lead our talented metallurgical team to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions that push the boundaries of mechanical engineering performance and reliability. Key Responsibilities Inspire and mentor a team of metallurgical engineers while building a culture of innovation and excellence Oversee metallurgical design and processes, ensuring full compliance with industry standards and safety requirements Partner with cross-functional teams to scope projects, set realistic timelines, and optimize resource allocation Perform in-depth design analyses to maximize performance, durability, and service life Champion RD efforts to develop next-generation designs and processing techniques aligned with company strategy Own project budgets, schedules, and deliverables-delivering on time and within scope Must-Have Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering 15+ years of metallurgical engineering experience, including 10+ years in leadership/management Strong track record in materials characterization and failure analysis Deep expertise in key processes: welding, heat treatment, casting Proven ability to successfully manage and deliver complex projects Nice-to-Have Master's degree in Metallurgical Engineering or related discipline Proficiency in mechanical design Background in custom heavy manufacturing Technical Skills Skilled with metallurgical simulation and analysis software Hands-on experience with materials testing equipment and methods Working knowled Accommodations are available upon request for all individuals with disabilities taking part in the recruitment and selection process.
