We are currently hiring an entry-level Office Reception / Administrator on behalf of our client, a well-established company in the industrial sector with over 25 years of success. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional office environment with on-the-job training provided. Location: Burlington, ON Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $20/hour + 4% vacation pay added on top! Weekly pay on Friday's. Duties could included: - Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails - Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation - Maintain office supplies and coordinate orders as needed - Schedule appointments and manage calendars - Assist with basic computerized bookkeeping tasks - Support internal team members with day-to-day administrative needs - Keep the reception area and office space clean and organized We're looking for: - Strong communication and organizational skills - Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office - Bookkeeping experience is considered an asset Apply Now!
