Job Description:
This is a line cook position, this candidate must be able to speak both Spanish and English, with a preference for a background in Latin American cuisine.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Main Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a line cook or in a kitchen (minimum 2 years experience)
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques (grilling, sautéing, frying, etc.)
- Ability to follow recipes and presentation standards consistently
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices (like proper food handling and storage)
Skills:
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail, especially with food quality and plating
- Good communication and teamwork with kitchen staff
- Physical stamina (standing for long periods, lifting, working in heat)
Additional Qualifications:
