The role

We are hiring a Strategic Growth Consultant who combines consultative selling, solution shaping, and business advisory skills to drive client transformation and revenue growth.

This role is designed for individuals who enjoy engaging enterprise clients, uncovering opportunities, shaping solutions with technical teams, and directly contributing to commercial outcomes.

You will own opportunity development from early discovery through to closure while acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.


You willClient Engagement & Opportunity Discovery
  • Engage senior stakeholders (CIO, CTO, Product, Data, Digital leaders)
  • Identify and qualify high-value transformation opportunities
  • Lead discovery conversations to uncover business and technology challenges
  • Translate needs into structured opportunity pipelines
Solution Shaping & Proposal Development
  • Collaborate with architects, delivery, and practice teams to define solutions
  • Develop value propositions, business cases, and engagement models
  • Shape proposals, scope, and transformation roadmaps
  • Ensure solutions align with both client value and commercial viability
Commercial Ownership & Pipeline Management
  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline of opportunities
  • Own progression from discovery through proposal and closure
  • Drive conversion of opportunities into revenue
  • Partner with leadership to meet growth and revenue targets
Advisory & Relationship Management
  • Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients
  • Lead strategic conversations focused on outcomes and transformation value
  • Build long-term client relationships that drive repeat and expansion business
Market Insight & Growth Contribution
  • Provide feedback on market trends and client needs
  • Identify new service opportunities and gaps in offerings
  • Support evolution of mobileLIVE's go-to-market strategy
Partner Ecosystem Collaboration
  • Work with partners such as Microsoft, AWS, Salesforce, and Databricks
  • Identify and support co-sell opportunities and joint pursuits

Who you are
  • 6-10 years of experience in consulting, solution consulting, pre-sales, product, or technology advisory roles
  • Experience engaging enterprise stakeholders in business or technology contexts
  • Exposure to cloud, data, AI, digital transformation, or modernization programs
  • Experience in consultative selling, solution shaping, or opportunity development

  • Comfortable balancing consulting depth with revenue responsibility
