Management
Warehouse and Logistics Manager
Our client is a multi site CPG manufacturing company. They are looking for a warehouse and logistics expert, to support process, flow and metrics management for their network.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all warehouse activity
Manage the transfer of both raw materials and finished goods
Manage all outbound logistics
Analyze data and statistics to continually improve and optimize processes.
Ensure safe work environment, following all regulations
People leadership, with support from Human Resources including recruitment, training, staff development and progressive discipline.
Special projects and/or tasks as assigned
Requirements:
5-10 years of progressive experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment.
Experience within CPG manufacturing is an asset
Strong understanding of warehousing, inventory control, transportation, distribution, and logistics management.
Knowledge of inventory management systems, ERP/WMS platforms, and warehouse reporting tools
Salary flexible depending on experience.
