Project Manager
Our client is a well established food manufacturing company and they are looking for a Project Manager to join their busy team on the innovation and commercialization area of the business.
Responsibilities:

• Manage project timelines, milestones, and follow-ups
• Track progress, report risks, and lead weekly cross-functional meetings
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and aligned across teams
• Research consumer trends and ingredient innovations
• Develop innovation pipelines, business cases, and launch plans
• Support product launches and customer presentations
• Coordinate product development, trials, and tasting reviews
• Lead cross-functional planning for costing, testing, and priorities
• Maintain technical and regulatory documentation
• Manage relationships with co-manufacturing partners
• Oversee scale-up, commercialization, and production trials
• Monitor production performance, budgets, and project deliverable

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, supply chain, business admin, or a related. PMP preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in CPG or contract manufacturing.
• Effective cross-functional leadership skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects
  simultaneously.

Salary 80-100,000 range
