We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and manage a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and motivate staff to exceed sales targets and KPIs
Oversee daily store operations including sales, repairs, and customer service
Handle escalated customer and employee concerns professionally
Manage inventory, shipping/receiving, and store organization
Oversee cash handling, deposits, and reconciliation processes
Staff scheduling, hiring, onboarding, and performance management
Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards
Maintain store cleanliness, stock levels, and operational efficiency

Requirements:
Minimum 1+ year experience in sales & repair (mobility/computers preferred)
Proven management experience in a retail sales environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Experience with TELUS, Koodo Mobile, Rogers Communications, or Bell Canada is a strong asset
