Were looking for a skilled and hands-on Fabricator / Plastic Fabricator to join our team. In this role, youll be responsible for building high-quality point-of-purchase displays, merchandising units, prototypes, and custom retail fixtures using a variety of materials including acrylic, plastics, wood, and metal.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and taking projects from concept through to completion in a collaborative production environment.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Fabricate and assemble components using tools and equipment such as saws, routers, drills, sanders, and hand tools
  • Build custom displays using acrylic/plastics, wood, metal, graphics, and mixed materials
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, diagrams, and production instructions
  • Collaborate with designers and production teams on prototypes, mock-ups, and custom builds
  • Troubleshoot and resolve fabrication challenges to improve efficiency and quality
  • Inspect finished products for accuracy, fit, finish, and overall quality
  • Assist with final assembly using hardware, graphics, and vendor-supplied components
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all safety protocols and report hazards as needed
  • Support team training and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Inventory & Coordination:

  • Process inventory orders and move materials within the facility
  • Maintain accurate inventory handling, storage, and tracking
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or damaged goods
  • Ensure stockroom and warehouse areas remain organized and safe

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional fabrication training is an asset)
  • Experience in fabrication or assembly; plastics/acrylic experience specifically
  • Proficiency with fabrication tools and techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work orders
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks independently
  • Physically capable of lifting materials and performing repetitive tasks
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety
  • Adaptable in a fast-paced production environment
  • Positive attitude with a reliable and dependable work ethic
