Theopportunity:
As an Account Manager, Experiential Marketing & Events, you will lead the planning and execution of integrated event and PR initiatives for a dynamic client portfolio. This role is grounded in end-to-end event production, from concept through on-site delivery, with a strong emphasis on seamless execution, client management, and high-impact brand experiences.
You will own multiple workstreams simultaneously, acting as a key client contact on event-driven projects while collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners. Reporting to the Account Director, youll translate strategy into executionoverseeing vendors, budgets, timelines, and logisticswhile supporting integrated campaigns that connect live experiences with PR and influencer activity.
YourScopeofWork:
- Lead and execute event and PR workstreams, with full ownership over planning, logistics, and delivery
- Manage end-to-end event execution, including concept development, budgeting, vendor management, venue sourcing, timelines, and on-site leadership
- Serve as a primary client contact on event-related initiatives, ensuring strong communication, alignment, and satisfaction
- Oversee and guide vendor outreach and negotiations, building efficient and cost-effective event solutions
- Collaborate with Account Directors and internal teams to translate strategy into high-impact execution
- Support and mentor junior team members in executional tasks and project coordination
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and at a high standard
- Contribute to influencer and PR campaign execution as it relates to events and activations
- Quickly integrate into ongoing projects, particularly across Toronto-based accounts, and provide immediate value
YourProfile:
- 46+ years of experience in PR, communications, account management, or event production within an agency or fast-paced environment (mandatory)
- Strong background in end-to-end event planning and execution, with experience leading large-scale, brand-driven events (non-wedding)
- Proven experience managing clients and brands directly, acting as a key point of contact and trusted partner
- Demonstrated ability to own and lead multiple event workstreams simultaneously, from concept through execution
- Hands-on experience with vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, venue scouting, budgeting, and logistics management
- Experience in event production or experiential marketing is a strong asset
- Familiarity with PR and influencer campaigns and how they integrate into event strategies
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage complex timelines and multiple stakeholders
- Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented with the ability to anticipate challenges before they arise
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience collaborating across internal teams and external partners
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance agency environment
