Northside Industries is growing and looking for multiple Manufacturing Production Workers to join our team in West Kelowna, BC.

What You'll Do

As a Manufacturing Production Worker, you'll play an important role supporting our manufacturing operations. Responsibilities may include:

• Loading and unloading equipment and materials
• Material handling and shop support activities
• Operating equipment such as drill presses, sanders, and metal saws
• Assisting machine operators and manufacturing teams
• Measuring and inspecting parts to ensure quality standards
• Using hand and power tools for grinding, deburring, and finishing work
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Following all safety procedures and company guidelines
  

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliable and dependable attendance
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• High attention to detail
• Comfortable using basic hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Commitment to workplace safety

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift certification or experience
• Previous manufacturing or production experience
• Experience operating hand and power tools

Schedule

• Full-time, permanent position
• Monday to Friday
• Day, afternoon, and evening shifts available
