Route Sales Representative – Build Relationships, Drive Success!

What You'll Do

• Manage your own route, delivering products and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Upsell, cross‑sell, and introduce new products to maximize customer value
• Build strong relationships, resolve concerns, and keep customers coming back
• Operate and maintain a company vehicle safely and professionally
• Handle payments, paperwork, and keep accounts organized
• Participate in promotions, contests, and training to sharpen your skills

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• At least 1 year of safe driving experience
• Experience safely driving a 3-ton and/or a 5-ton truck is an asset
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Excellent communication and time management abilities
• Team player who can follow direction and meet performance goals
• Ability to recognize product types, sizes, and colors, and handle basic math accurately
• Safety-sensitive role; drug testing and background check completion is required

Physical Demands

• Sitting, grasping, and driving for extended periods
• Stooping and climbing stairs
• Lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Walking, writing, hearing, and speaking clearly

Schedule

• Either 4 days per week with 10 hours per day, or 5 days per week with 8 hours per day depending on the route.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $26.25 per hour + commission based on route revenue
