Dental Receptionist

WORKFORCE Dental Staffing is proud to represent a busy, well-established dental practice in Chilliwack currently seeking a dedicated Dental Receptionist to join their team. This office is known for its high-standard of patient care and a collaborative environment supported by a team of nine, including three skilled dentists.

Position Overview:

• Rate of Pay: $28.00 $35.00 per hour (rate is based on experience, skill-set, certification, and software proficiency).

• Growth: Performance is recognized through structured yearly assessments.

• Schedule: 4 days per week (7.5 hours per day).

• Benefits: Includes a yearly Health Spending Account (HSA) and a uniform allowance.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting patients and ensuring a welcoming front-end experience.

• Efficiently managing the appointment schedule and answering phone inquiries.

• Processing payments and navigating complex insurance information.

• Maintaining accurate patient records and supporting daily office operations.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: Previous dental office experience is required due to the high volume of this practice. Experience with Cleardent software is desired.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Soft Skills: Must be highly organized, reliable, and possess a keen attention to detail.

• Technical: Comfortable processing dental insurance claims and managing digital records.
