The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, able to manage a small team, and coordinate catering for various events including weddings. This role requires flexibility to work both weekdays and partial weekends, with a focus on delivering high-quality food and excellent service in a traditional kitchen setting.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and oversee food production ensuring quality and consistency
  • Plan and adapt menus to suit event requirements and seasonal availability
  • Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards
  • Collaborate effectively with a small kitchen team of 1-5 members
  • Coordinate catering services for weddings and mixed event types
  • Manage time efficiently to meet service deadlines
