Food Manufacturing (Meat Processing)NIGHTS | Sunday–Thursday | 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Pay: $44.25/hour + Benefits Package + Premium $2 per hour
Responsibilities-Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems up to 600V.-Diagnose and support MCCs, control wiring, PLCs, conveyors, motors, pumps, grinders, hydraulic systems, and high-speed packaging equipment.-Perform PM, PDM, corrective maintenance, and equipment installations.-Maintain electrical equipment in accordance with maintenance systems, GMP standards, and safety regulations.-Complete work orders, record labour/inventory in CMMS, and execute corrective actions.-Conduit and wiring installations as required.-Work safely in a fast-paced meat processing environment.
Requirements-442A/ 309A Industrial Electrician License-Strong troubleshooting experience with switchgear, drives, instrumentation, and conveyors.-Food industry experience considered an asset.-Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and lift up to 40 lbs.-Valid G driver's license; experience operating mobile equipment (forklifts, aerial platforms).-Must provide own tools.-Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
