We are currently looking for an energetic and motivated professional to join our Finance & Accounting team in an Accounts Receivable role.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building positive working relationships, and staying on top of the details in a fast-moving environment.

Accounts Receivable Administrator

Responsibilities Include:

• Preparing and processing invoices and customer payments
• Monitoring outstanding balances and following up on accounts
• Reconciling customer accounts and resolving discrepancies
• Communicating professionally with clients and internal teams
• Assisting with reporting and month-end processes
• Supporting the Finance & Accounting team with various administrative functions

The Ideal Candidate Will Bring:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
• The ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Confidence working independently and within a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Accounting knowledge or experience considered an asset
• Previous Accounts Receivable experience preferred
