- Shift Details: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Hourly Wage: $17.50 – $18.00 per hour
- Location: Indigo – locations in Edmonton
Responsibilities:
- Greet, welcome, and assist customers with any questions or inquiries
- Support customers with their use and navigation of the parking facilities and equipment
- Participate in monitoring the vicinity by circulating regularly in company vehicle
- Identify and issue violation tickets to vehicles that are, not limited to, illegally parked and violation of parking or traffic rules as prescribed by the airport
- Support and communicate directly with the supervisor on all necessary tasks
- Communicate and coordinate with various departments when required for customer assistance and/or parking facility maintenance
- Support customers in cases of technical machine errors
- Conduct space counts to coordinate the closing or opening of parking areas
- Set up and removal of all temporary signage in parking lots
- Complete daily maintenance reports and plans
- Keep parking areas and sidewalks safe and free of hazards and debris
- Other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of customer service experience is required
- Strong communication skills with an open attitude to take direction and feedback
- Proven customer service-oriented attitude
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A strong team player who can work independently with minimal supervision
- Exceptional time management and organizational capabilities
