Revolution is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Bashaw, AB. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all equipment operates efficiently through preventive and on-demand maintenance, while documenting all repairs.
Position Highlights:

Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to company policies and state/federal regulations to ensure all safety and precautionary measures are met.
- Perform basic mechanical tasks, such as changing bearings and belts.
- Review, recommend, and implement improvements to operational maintenance processes and procedures.
- Conduct daily physical inspections of all equipment, issue work orders, and perform necessary repairs.
- Maintain a daily log of work performed, including start and end times.
- Troubleshoot repairs and determine the best corrective actions.
- Track maintenance costs and labor time for repairs.
- Monitor total downtime hours for equipment due to maintenance issues.
- Ensure all equipment is properly greased and filters are changed as needed.
- Handle rebuilds as required.
- Follow company policies and procedures, promoting safety in the workplace.

- Perform any other duties as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or a related field strongly preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or processing environment.
- Proven experience with automated manufacturing systems, PLCs, robotics, and industrial control systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and equipment drawings.
- Proficient in the use of diagnostic tools, hand and power tools, and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Availability to work nights, and weekends, and participate in a rotating on-call schedule as required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic math for inventory and maintenance reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform tasks for 8–12-hour shifts in an industrial setting.
