The Renovation Specialist plays a key role as the lead hand within our in-house renovation team, focusing on residential projects. This position involves hands-on expertise across multiple trades, supporting the project management team in delivering quality and timely renovations while maintaining strong client satisfaction through indirect client support.
Responsibilities
- Lead hands-on renovation tasks across residential projects
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure project goals and timelines are met
- Oversee trade work, including carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical, and cabinetry
- Support teamwork within the in-house renovation division
- Utilize standard office software to document and communicate project progress
- Maintain safety and quality standards on-site
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in renovation
- Proficiency in carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical, and cabinetry trades
