Shipper/ Receiver with Counter Balance Experience

Work for a leading distributor and manufacturer of geosynthetic products that has been in business for over 50 years! This long-standing company is continuing to grow - we are looking to hire a shipper / receiver with sit-down counterbalance forklift certification and experience! The pay rate for this position is $22/hour and we pay weekly every Friday! You will be working a convenient day shift Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm. Job Duties: - Operate the sit-down counterbalance forklift - Assemble containers and crates and record contents - Pack goods to be shipped and label with identifying information and shipping instructions - Oversee loading and unloading of goods - Inspect and verify incoming goods against documents, record shortages and reject damaged goods - Unpack, code and route goods to appropriate storage areas - Maintain record-keeping systems Requirements: - Must have a valid Counterbalance forklift certification - Must have at least 6 months of experience operating the Counterbalance forklift - Must have strong English speaking and comprehension skills - Comfortable lifting 50lbs with reliable transportation - Must be able to pass a criminal background check Apply today!
