Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and manage various ICI construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution:
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
    • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other consultants to ensure project designs meet client requirements and industry standards
    • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from pre-construction to closeout
    • Implement and maintain project management methodologies and best practices
  • Team Management:
    • Lead and motivate project teams, including subcontractors and internal staff
    • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance to team members
    • Conduct regular team meetings to ensure clear communication and alignment of project goals
    • Resolve conflicts and address performance issues as they arise
  • Budget and Cost Control:
    • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle
    • Monitor and control project expenses, identifying and mitigating potential cost overruns
    • Prepare and review cost estimates, change orders, and invoices
    • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to optimize project costs
  • Quality Assurance and Safety:
    • Ensure all work is performed to the highest quality standards and meets project specifications
    • Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment
    • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues
    • Coordinate with quality control teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress
    • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory bodies
    • Facilitate effective communication between all project participants
    • Address and resolve stakeholder concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
    • Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle
    • Implement contingency plans when necessary to minimize project disruptions
