Marketing Manager - TP-LINK

Full Time – Permanent Role

The Role

Reporting to the General Manager, TP-LINK Marketing, you will work across our portfolio of key products and collaborate with cross-functional teams in sales and marketing. You will be expected to develop marketing strategies and tactics that best position TP-LINK while addressing each need and representing the company in front of key partners, social media, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing strategy, segmentation, and targeting of marketing campaigns for TP-LINK, working closely with the sales team.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of marketing campaigns for the company, ensuring they are effective and designed to support TP-LINK's business goals.
  • Ensure marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Demonstrate strong abilities in communications, writing, and learning.
  • Represent TP-LINK in front of media and other occasions.
  • Build and execute efficient marketing strategies.
  • Cover all marketing work, including channel marketing, PR, social media, digital marketing, etc.
  • Act as a result-oriented leader for the marketing team and a team player.

Preferred Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably with experience working in the IT industry.
  • In-depth understanding and knowledge of the Wi-Fi market.
  • Thorough understanding of current marketing strategies, digital platforms, and trends.
  • Experience using market research and market data to develop marketing strategies and programs that address challenges and obstacles.
  • Proactive, accountable, organized, and possesses exceptional problem-solving skills – able to work on multiple ongoing projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and well-structured presentations and deliver them verbally to internal and external stakeholders of all levels.

Academic Credentials

  • University Degree in Engineering or Marketing.
  • MBA is a plus.
