Position Summary:

We strive to provide the best friendly, professional service while meeting excellent standards of food quality. We are seeking a Bartender/Server who possesses a positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service to our guests.

Job Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Experienced in the restaurant industry and able to maintain the highest customer service standards.
• Personable and friendly who make customers feel welcome every time.
• Enthusiastic and brings a positive attitude with them every day.
• Professional in their appearance and actions.
• Passionate about drink mixing and presentation, food and hospitality.
• Hard working, fast moving and able to keep pace in a busy work environment.
• Committed to success of the restaurant, the company and its employees
• An appetite for learning and flexibility to work a variety of shifts

Qualifications:

• Must have mixology experience
• Previous restaurant experience is a must
• Food and Beverage serving experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are an asset
• Mornings, Evenings, Weekends and Holidays availability is important
• Smart Serve Certification Required
• Knowledge of Toast operating system is an asset
